The following forms have been approved by TDLR and shall replace all  
 former "Right of Possession and Control" forms from TXDOT. The "Old"  
 Right of Possession and Control form is not to be used any longer.  
 These forms MUST be provided to anyone that may request them at all  
 licensed VSF's.
